Delivery

Orders are sent via First Class US mail within 48 hours of being placed; orders often arrive within a few days, but please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

We do not offer overnight delivery; for an extra $5.00, we will ship via US Priority Mail (see first listing in the product column). Note that the Fulfillment Center will still require several days to process the order; it will simply take less time to travel through the mail once it is shipped.

Payment

We do not accept checks. We only accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Out of Stock Products

If a product is listed but out-of-stock, we do not take orders for it because we have no control over when it will come back in stock.

We do not know where else it may be purchased, and we do not know when it will be back in stock.

We suggest you please check back in a few weeks.

Sales Tax

We charge 5.5% sales tax on all wisconsin orders.

Returns/Refunds

Within 30 days of delivery of an order, you may return items purchased through virtual voices for a full refund, as long as the item remains in its original, unopened condition (i.e. still in its plastic wrap).

We cannot accept returns of opened items, items returned more than 30 days after delivery, or items that are not in their original packaging.

To speed your refund, please include your packing slip with your return.
