Consignment Fee: One-third (1/3) of retail price.

Notice. Thirty days notice is required for termination of each product being sold through our network, after which time any remaining inventory belonging to the Client will be returned to the Client COD. Two (2) copies of each product will be considered the property of Virtual Voices, to be used for evaluation and promotional purposes. They will not be returned. New products may be added at any time, following the submission of two (2) evaluation copies of each additional product and the subsequent approval of these products by Virtual Voices.

Promotion. Virtual Voices reserves the right to use the Client's name, artwork, and audio clips for promotional purposes.

Product. The Client is responsible for providing Virtual Voices with sufficient quantity of listed products for inventory purposes. Virtual Voices will not back order products; stock must be in house before we will allow the sale of any product. All defective products, charge-backs, and refunds are the responsibility of the Client. Chargebacks will be assessed a fee of $20 each.

Virtual Voices reserves the right to refuse to consign any product submitted for any reason.

Client Covenants. In consideration for the services to be provided by Virtual Voices to the undersigned Client, the Client hereby agrees, represents and warrants that:

The Client has obtained all necessary copyright licenses, mechanical and otherwise for all materials to be distributed by Virtual Voices and that it has full right, power and authority to irrevocably authorize Virtual Voices to distribute audio compact discs and cassettes containing reproductions of such works;

Virtual Voices shall not be required to pay copyright royalties or any other royalties to the Client, any performers, publishing companies, writers, creators or any other person or entity with respect to the reproduction of works;
